Brimming with character and European grace, The Merion stands out as one of the most eclectic and stunning wedding venues of Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey. With four ballrooms to choose from, The Merion offers couples amazing indoor and outdoor ceremony options.

The North Garden is home to a 100-foot stone and wrought-iron gazeebo where many couples choose to have their ceremony. The attention to detail and intriguing architecture both inside and outside of The Merion lend themselves to creating amazing backdrops for creating bridal portraiture. Each venue has its own private bathrooms and bridal suites perfect for getting ready. The professional staff provides unparalleled service, and executive chefs create custom menus that are sure to please.

The Palazzo Ballroom and adjacent Grand Hallway live up their names with a European flair. With 23-foot ceilings soaring over the gorgeous granite dancefloor, and stunning Roman Corinthian marble columns that line the room, the room is luxurious with classic style. However, the warm tones of the room are modernized by the ability to change the colors set by the crystal chandeliers and lined ceiling, which can adapt to suit any couple's design for the room. The Palazzo Terrace and North Patio make for great spaces for hosting your cocktail hour to kick off the festivities.

Your guests will be talking about the Skylight Ballroom for years to come. It’s classic colonial elegance, and neutral tones are illuminated by the spectacular glass dome which rises high above the 1,000 square foot marble dancefloor below. An architectural masterpiece, the dome is 40-feet in diameter and is matched by floor-to-ceiling windows that surround the room

Palace Ballroom is a perfect blend of French-inspired romance and modern touches. Multiple, stunning crystal chandeliers light up the 1,000 square foot circular dancefloor, hand-made with Brazilian cherry wood. French sixteenth-century inspiration is felt in the rich tones of the room etched in gold accents, leaving the room feeling stately and sophisticated. The private terrace gives guests the ability to enjoy the views of the lush grounds and provide access to the Palace Garden, which is the perfect place for mingling or a private ceremony.

Everything about the Empire Ballroom is charmingly unique. From its private entrance to the 600-gallon saltwater fish tank to the show-stopping intricacy of the mosaic art wall, friends and family will be immersed in an elegantly whimsical experience reminiscent of an evening on the town in the New York City of the Roaring Twenties.
