Nassau Inn Wedding Photographer in Princeton

Located in Central New Jersey with 13 rooms to choose from is The Princeton Nassau Inn in Palmer Square which has been charming its guests since 1937. The historic feeling of the building itself gives way to a mix of elegance and contemporary amenities. Theirs is more than just attention to detail service; it’s customized, tailor planning and executing the wedding itself. Couples can choose from several different rooms for preparing for their day, each one brimming with natural light and hand-curated furniture which is perfect for capturing all the little details of the wedding dress, jewelry, and veil.

An outdoor affair at the Princeton Nassau Inn is a truly enchanted affair as the spring, summer, and fall of Princeton surround the venue. The stonework of the patio and the meticulously maintained grounds are alive with vibrant color in the warmer months. In the winter, the charm continues with the outdoor ice rink and a maze of twinkle lights that illuminate the path. Host your ceremony, reception or even a sunset cocktail party on an alfresco patio.

Friends and family are greeted in style as butlers are on hand to pass out champagne and Perrier, followed by white-glove service and passed hors d’oeuvres. This is followed by a three-course meal of outstanding cuisine with wine poured tableside. Each menu is fully customized to meet the dietary or cultural needs of any couple or guest, complete with Kosher options for adults and children.

Price William Ballroom is stately and sophisticated with a large dancefloor and polished wooden molding framing the while ceiling and adding pop to the neutral tone of the room. Several golden chandeliers match the subtle and stunning golden wallpaper, and the carefully selected antique pieces add drama and historical romance of the room. I love the large floor-to-ceiling windows which flood the room with available light illuminating the details.

The Palmer Room is perfect for more intimate gatherings, though it can connect with the John Witherspoon Room if more space is needed. Candlelit dinners reflect on the wide-plank hardwood floor adding warmth to the wood and neutral tones of the room. In any location, your reception includes an open bar with premium liquors for guests to enjoy.

The ideal location of the Princeton Nassau Inn in the center of Palmer Square means there are endless unique and interesting backdrops for creating fun and inspired bridal portraiture. From the eclectic shop fronts, the theaters and museums, or just the hustle and bustle of the urban streets full of historic architecture, there are countless spots to create stunning portraits. Princeton University is right next to it and can offer endless opportunities for timeless portraits with Gothic architecture as a background.

I adore the numerous archways, the masonry mixed with lush, climbing vines and the air of romance throughout the square. For guests, this means having the ability to easily walk to weekend entertainment and find restaurants during their stay. The happy couple gets to enjoy the Parlour Suite for their wedding night complete with a complimentary bottle of champagne, the perfect end to a perfect day.
