The Album: 16×12 Luxury Heirloom

For her couples, Iryna uses a 16×12" Original Wedding Book so every image—especially those dramatic, magazine-worthy portraits—has space to breathe and truly shine.

Base design: 20 pages (10 panoramic spreads)
Investment: $1,000 for the first 20 pages
Extras: Additional pages can be added at $100 per page

Each spread opens flat, with no gutter interruption, creating a seamless panoramic view perfect for wide shots, grand architecture, and emotional moments. Graphistudio’s albums are flush mount, meaning each spread is printed, mounted, and bound as a continuous, rigid page.

The album is then finished with luxury cover materials—Italian leathers, linens, and other fine textiles—crafted one at a time by artisans in Italy.

Step 1: Choose Your Favorite Images

Once your full wedding gallery is delivered, you’ll choose the images that will become the heart of your album.

Plan to select around 40–50 favorite images
Focus on the photos that make you feel something: emotional moments, portraits you adore, and the must-have memories of the day
You can simply “favorite” them in your online gallery, and Iryna will take it from there

From your selections, she designs a layout that reads like a movie of your wedding day—elegant, intentional, and easy to relive from start to finish.

Step 2: Building the Story in Spreads

A spread is two facing pages you see when the album is open. In your 20-page album, you start with 10 spreads, and each one is dedicated to a specific part of your wedding story.

Here’s an example of how your album might flow:

Spread 1 – Details & Venue
Invitation suite, rings, shoes, florals, and wide shots of the venue or cityscape to set the scene.
Spread 2 – Bride Getting Ready
Candid moments with bridesmaids, final makeup touches, robe moments, and the dress going on.
Spread 3 – Bridal Portraits (Beauty Shots)
Editorial-style portraits of the bride, showcasing the gown, veil, and all those magazine-worthy looks.
Spread 4 – Groom Getting Ready
Details of the suit, boutonniere, tying the tie, and moments with groomsmen.
Spread 5 – First Look (or Pre-Ceremony Portraits)
The reveal, reactions, and emotional close-ups of that first moment you see each other.
Spread 6 – Couple Portraits
Epic, romantic, and cinematic portraits of the two of you—these are where the 16×12 format truly shines.
Spread 7 – Wedding Party & Family Portraits
Fun group shots with your wedding party and classic portraits with parents and close family.
Spread 8 – Ceremony
Processional, vows, ring exchange, first kiss, and your walk back up the aisle as a married couple.
Spread 10-11 – Reception Highlights
Reception details, your grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, toasts, cake cutting, and party images.

If your wedding day includes additional events—like a Sangeet, Mehndi, Baraat, or multi-day celebrations—those moments can have dedicated spreads as well. You’re not limited to just 10; you can add extra pages for $100 per page to include more images and more chapters of your story.

Step 3: Custom Design in the Album Proofer

After you’ve chosen your images, Iryna designs your album in a dedicated online design proofer.

She creates the initial layout within a couple of days
You receive a link where you can flip through your album virtually, spread by spread
Every spread is carefully composed so your eye flows naturally and the most important images stand out

This is where all of her experience with storytelling, composition, and album design comes together to create a piece that feels like your wedding, not just a random collection of photos.

Step 4: Two Rounds of Revisions

Your input is essential. You’ll have two rounds of changes to make sure the album is exactly how you want it.

Inside the design proofer you can:

Leave comments on specific spreads
Request to swap images (for example, replacing a portrait with another you love more)
Ask to add or remove certain images (keeping in mind page count and layout balance)
Suggest small layout adjustments if something feels important to you

Iryna reviews all your comments, updates the design, and sends the revised version back for you to review again. This collaborative process ensures that, by the end, your album truly feels perfect to you.

Step 5: Final Approval & Italian Production

Once you are completely happy with the design, you simply:

Click the “Approve” button in the design proofer
Confirm that you’re ready to send the album to production, choose your material cover and send the name of it and your address to Iryna.

From there:

Iryna submits the final design to Graphistudio in Italy
Skilled artisans print, bind, and finish your Wedding Book using archival-quality materials and professional printing processes Graphistudio
The finished album is shipped from Italy directly to you
Typical turnaround time is approximately 3–6 weeks from approval to arriving in the studio

Adding Extra Pages & Upgrading Your Story

Many couples fall in love with too many images—and that’s a beautiful problem to have.

If you want to include:

More portraits
